Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Bookings

Albany Art Group is a not-for-profit organisation and workshops will only run if there are sufficient participants to cover the costs.

Bookings will be registered and paid for via the ‘Events Page’ on the AAG website.

Early booking is encouraged. The cut off date for cancellations will depend on the terms and conditions in the tutor’s contract.

Last minute bookings made during the seven days prior to a workshop running will be accepted if there is a space available.

Cancellations

Any last minute changes will be posted on the AAG website and all participants will be notified by email. 

  • If you cancel at least 14 days before the workshop you will be given a full refund transferred to your bank account.

  • If you cancel between 7 and 13 days prior you will receive a 50% refund.

  • Bookings cancelled within 7 days  of the workshop will not be refunded.

The Albany Art Group reserves the right to cancel a workshop and we will endeavour to provide at least 48 hours notice.  Those who have booked and paid will receive a full refund.
